Marie has been rescuing cats for over 20 years! She started by rescuing stray cats in her neighborhood and making sure they were spayed/neutered and vaccinated. Marie has rescued over 1000 cats! Marie was born in Pennsylvania and has lived in Indiana and Ohio for many years. She currently houses about 15 cats and works with people in the community to make sure the feral cat populations are controlled by trapping and releasing once the cats are spayed and vaccinated. This is a costly endeavor and she has more people asking for help than people willing to help her.
